IV Purpose is a sports bar/restaurant that aims to bring the midtown Manhattan sports bar experience to Brooklyn.
Located in the historically black neighborhood of Bedford Stuyvesant, the business aims to become a community staple that is involved with enrichment projects..
The custom slab serif IV was drawn to bring focus to the bar's core tenet, Purpose, which is emphasized in a brush script to evoke a human touch.
Menu Design
In house menus and drink cards for tables were designed with rich jewel tones to attract the eyes interest. Legibility, and recognition of choices were important factors in font choice and color palette.
To-Go, Trifold menus were designed with a bit more white space for legibility. Key points are highlighted in color to make it easy to scan.
